Votes can prevent war. The majority were to be blame, but their morale, dignity mental state won't depreciate. Unlike the opposite, where the minority or a single person is to be blame for any mistake or losses.
2. Art of deception.
Never expose your true intention. Broadcast left when you are going right. Appear weak when you are strong. Appear strong when you weak.
3. Always think 3 steps ahead.
If you think one step ahead, you are a leader. Two steps ahead, a good leader. Three steps ahead, you are a visionary leader.
